Spring has sprung and summer is not far behind! As a stylist I love this time of year in the salon. Clients are ready for extreme makeovers as they prepare to enjoy the great outdoors. This season, I have noticed spring trends  veering away from traditional, classic highlights and going towards , colored highlights like soft pinks, purples or simply going darker. Browns and reds are replacing the Blondes. Highlights are looking more natural and staying within one or two shades of the natural hair color. As I colorist, I am enjoying these new creative trends. I have had a blast transforming blondes to beautiful redheads, replacing the traditional bright blonde highlights to various  chocolate  brown shades and even adding a pops of pink to a blonde canvas. My mission as a stylist and master colorist is  to step up to the challenge of transforming a client's look from boring and drab to exciting and full of life. I can think of a better way than color to start!  The new trends are not only stylish, but also help protect the integrity of the hair. By going darker, the coloring process is milder to the hair which means less  damage by the end of the summer after all of the travel and outdoor activities that often leave the hair, especially lighter colored hair sun damaged by September. Of course the classic highlight, much like a good Chanel bag, will never go out of style and will always have a place in hair fashion, but trying something new and different will always be in style!

No matter the look or style you chose you must OWN your look and ROCK It with CONFIDENCE!

Be confident in confidently being YOU!
